Health workers need modern, reliable equipment in order to provide quality health services to patients, and devoid of such medical equipment, services delivery is hugely compromised.
Similarly in order to improve the quality of education enhancement of early childhood development cannot be over emphasized.
In a daring effort to compliment government’s effort in the provision of quality healthcare and improved elementary education, Member of Parliament for Ntchisi North Constituency, Arnold kadzanja, embarked on a meaningful errand to approach well-wishers to assist Malomo Health Centre, a health care facility within his constituency with medical equipment and community based child care centres with educational materials.
It was all smiles for the constituent members when Dan Klinck from Canada responded affirmatively to the request from the Member of Parliament and made a considerable donation of medical equipment and educational materials to a whooping tune of One Hundred thousand dollars in value.
The donation will go a long way to alleviate challenges that the healthy facility faced in medical equipment and the educational materials will improve the quality of elementary education, within the constituency.
In his remarks, Kadzanja heaped words of gratitude to Dan Klinck for the donation that will improve the quality of health care within the constituency, and will hugely contribute to development of the area, as it is true that it’s only a healthy person that contributes positively to the national development agenda. Additionally the donated educational materials will add value in the improvement of early childhood development.
“It is not every day that people of goodwill come to assist, I am grateful to Dan, on behalf of the people of Ntchisi North Constituency for the huge act of charity that they have made. They have served humanity in the most critical areas” Kadzanja emphasized,
Echoing the litany of gratitude was Senior Chief Chilooko, who expressed immerse joy at such a huge medical donation, the first of its kind in as far as remembers.
“Let me express my immerse joy to the donor, since time immemorial we have never received such a huge donation, I cannot hide my happiness at this great donation that will assist my people in accessing quality health care and education.
“To our member of parliament, Kadzanja, I encourage him to continue his spirit of having the welfare of his constituents at heart” The senior Chief summed it.
