By Chancy Namadzunda:

High Court Judge Sylvester Kalembera has acquitted Former President Peter Mutharika’s bodyguard Norman Chisale who was answering an attempted murder charge.

Chisale was being suspected to have deliberately shot Sigele Amani with an intetion to kill.

However, Judge Kalembera acquitted Chisale saying there was no evidence by the state to show that Chisale had intention to kill the Blantyre based woman.

Chisale was picked by police in July last year in Lilongwe in connection with a shooting incident of Kaipa, 35, at Chimwankhunda Dam in Blantyre in May this year.
